Congressman Tim Walz visited the Mower county Senior Center last week and talked about health care. One of the consistent approaches to selling ObamaCare is the telling of sad stories. According to the Post-Bulletin (December 1, page A4) Mr. Walz brought a guest speaker, a breast cancer survivor, who stated she was sticking with a low-paying job because she feared a loss of health care insurance coverage if she changed jobs.
So, she thinks she has no options. Is she correct? We don’t know.
In Canada, there are stories of real problems with government-run health care. For some reason, Mr. Walz has never shared any of those. Here’s one, in a 5-minute video.
Do you think this won’t happen here? We’ll do it better? That’s not what our President said.
