Obama's solution to deficit - National sales tax

According to "Bloomberg's Business Week" The 18-member National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility which was created by Obama to come up with recommendations for steps to reduce the federal deficit, will consider a consumption or value-added tax as a way of reducing the federal debt, as well as changes to the Social Security retirement system.

Nice, just what we need... More taxes for everyone.
